In a dream world, I'd spend all of my money buying glass tables and mirrored accent pieces for my apartment. I'm obsessed with glam decor, and when it comes to designing my living room, I want pretty much everything ZGallerie has to offer. This is the story of a girl falling in love with an $800 table. Spoiler: It has a happy ending, with a much cheaper option.
The moment I laid eyes on the Savoy End Table, I could picture it in my space. It was the perfect size, with a mirrored base and an overall contemporary, sleek look. I knew how I'd style it, and the chair I'd sit next to it. And then I saw what it would cost me. I've never closed a tab so quickly.

As one does when something is out of budget — I turned to Amazon, where I found the perfect dupe to the ZGallerie end table of my fantasies. It was $90 — and available on Prime, so I could have it in two days — making the purchase a no-brainer.

The dupe is made by Convenience Concepts and comes with a removable tray that you can either use at the bottom or top of the table, or remove completely. It doesn't feature acrylic legs like the ZGallerie table, but it has a similar glass and steel look. Since I ordered it on Amazon, I had to put it together myself, which took about 20 minutes.
I get so many compliments on the Amazon piece, which is $710 less then the one I originally fell in love with, FYI. Even better, a lot of people ask "Is this from ZGallerie?" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
